q	Open quick capture (when not in a text field)

Editor - Block Actions

Shortcut	What it does
Enter	Create new block below (splits current block at cursor)
Backspace (at start)	Merge with previous block
Cmd+Backspace	Delete block and all its children
Tab	Indent block
Shift+Tab	Outdent block
Cmd+Shift+Up	Move block up
Cmd+Shift+Down	Move block down

Editor - Text Formatting

Shortcut	What it does
Cmd+B	Bold (wraps selection or inserts markers)
Cmd+I	Italic (wraps selection or inserts markers)

Editor - Todo Actions

Shortcut	What it does
Cmd+Enter	Cycle todo state (text → unchecked → checked → text)

Editor - Navigation

Shortcut	What it does
Up (on first line)	Focus previous block
Down (on last line)	Focus next block
Shift+Up	Extend selection to previous block
Shift+Down	Extend selection to next block
Escape	Blur editor, clear selection

Editor - Selection

Cmd+A	Progressive select: text → block → parent → all blocks
Cmd+Click	Toggle block in selection
