Todos & Priorities
Create todos anywhere and set priorities and due dates. Todos show up in the Today view and can be checked off from any page.
Creating todos
Section titled “Creating todos”Type /todo (or /t) to turn a block into a todo. You’ll see a checkbox appear.
Todos can contain nested blocks - useful for adding context, sub-tasks, or notes.
Priorities
Section titled “Priorities”Set priority on any todo with slash commands:
/p1- High priority (red indicator)/p2- Medium priority (orange indicator)/p3- Low priority (yellow indicator)/p0- No priority (removes indicator)
Priority commands only work inside todo blocks.
Due dates
Section titled “Due dates”Type /due in a todo to open the date picker and set a due date. Due dates help surface tasks in the Today view.
Checking off
Section titled “Checking off”Click the checkbox next to any todo to mark it complete. Completed todos stay in your pages (they’re not deleted) but won’t show in the Today view.
Where todos appear
Section titled “Where todos appear”Todos live inline in your pages, but they also surface in:
- Today view: Shows high-priority and due todos
- Todos page: List of all todos across all pages
Changes sync everywhere - check off a todo in Today view and it updates in the original page.
