Mobile Editing

Lithium’s mobile editor is touch-optimized. When you focus a block, a floating toolbar appears above the keyboard with quick actions.

Touch toolbar

The toolbar provides buttons for:

  • Move Up/Down - reorder blocks
  • Indent/Outdent - change nesting level
  • Toggle Todo - switch between paragraph and todo
  • New Line - insert a line break within a block
  • Paste - insert clipboard content
  • Undo/Redo - step through edit history (when available)
  • Delete - remove the focused block
  • Dismiss - close toolbar and keyboard

The toolbar follows the keyboard position automatically and dismisses when the keyboard closes.

Touch gestures

  • Tap a block to focus and edit
  • Tap outside a focused block to blur
  • No keyboard shortcuts on mobile - use the toolbar instead
