Voice Notes

Capture ideas hands-free with voice recording. This is a Pro feature.

Voice notes list with recordings

Recording

  • Desktop: Click the red Record button in the toolbar
  • Mobile: Tap the floating red record button

While recording, you’ll see the waveform and duration. Tap Stop to save or Cancel to discard.

Playback

Voice notes appear as blocks in your voice notes list. Tap any recording to play it. The waveform shows progress as it plays.

Microphone selection

On desktop, use the Settings icon in the toolbar to choose which microphone to use. Your choice is saved for future recordings.

Where recordings live

Each voice note is a block. You can move voice note blocks into pages if needed, or keep them in the dedicated voice notes list for quick access.
