Feedback and Bug Reports

Share your thoughts

Got ideas? Hate something? Think we missed the mark? We want to hear it.

Go to Settings > Account and hit Share Thoughts. This is for suggestions, complaints, feature requests, or just general feedback about the app.

You can optionally include your email if you want us to follow up. All submissions go directly to the development team. Particularly thoughtful feedback is rewarded with a credit (a free month of Pro).

Report a bug

When something breaks or doesn’t work right, use Settings > Account > Report a Bug.

You’ll need to include:

  • A clear title
  • What happened and what you expected to happen

The form automatically attaches diagnostic info to help us debug the issue - things like device info, app state, and console logs. No encrypted content is ever included. You can preview everything before sending.

As with feedback, you can optionally add your email for follow-up.

Crash reports

If the app crashes hard, you’ll see an error screen with a Report Issue button. This lets you send crash details along with the same diagnostic info.

Same privacy guarantees apply - we only see technical diagnostics, never your encrypted data.

What happens next

All submissions go into our issue tracker. If you included your email, we might reach out with questions or updates.

We read everything. Some fixes are quick, some take longer, but every report helps make the app better.

Referral credits

Share your referral link from Settings > Account to invite others. When someone signs up through your link, you both get a credit (a free month of Pro).

About diagnostic info

The diagnostic data we collect is the same stuff detailed on the data transparency page. It’s all technical telemetry - no content from your notes, pages, or blocks.
